Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business
objectives and technical requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource
allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate and track project progress, ensuring milestones and
deadlines are met.
Monitor project performance, identify issues, and drive corrective
actions to mitigate risks.
2. Technical Coordination & Leadership
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical constraints,
dependencies, and feasibility.
Facilitate discussions between technical teams, ensuring alignment on
architecture, design, and implementation.
Ensure that technical requirements are captured, prioritized, and
incorporated into project plans.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to
translate technical jargon into actionable insights.
3. Stakeholder Management
Partner with product managers and product owners to align project
goals with business strategy.
Work closely with engineering managers and software engineers to
define realistic timelines and resource estimates.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively to
senior leadership and stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure seamless collaboration
across teams.
4. Agile Project Management & Delivery
Drive Agile/Scrum practices within project teams, ensuring adherence to
sprint cycles and agile methodologies.
