Job Description
Urgent hiring for maintenance FTE
Interview location Indore
Work location Jamnagar
Industry must be solar/ automobile/ electronic manufacturing.
Education : Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation.
- Degree or above in relevant field (Engineering/Manufacturing/Solar)
- Minimum 2 - 5 years working experience in the field of Equipment Engineering & Preventive
Maintenance
- Must be able to work on 8-hours rotating shift
- Possess production hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting or preventive maintenance.
- Strong knowledge and experience in technical troubleshooting & parts repair.
- Exposure to a fast pace manufacturing environment in MNC is advantageous
- Working experience in Solar or Semiconductors manufacturing industry preferred
- Knowledge on Solar or Semiconductor process flow and manufacturing system
- Track records of cost savings through continuous improvement or cost reduction projects
- Must be a team player and good in communication.
- Knowledge of tools and methodologies like BDA, SPC, Fish-Bone Analysis, PM, TPM, PDM, etc.
- Skills and abilities to perform job include: analytical, communication, problem solving and
troubleshooting skills, computer literacy, interpersonal skills, exercises mature judgment; ability to
work in a team.
- Possess hands-on experience / strong capability in equipment troubleshooting, engineering
methods for equipment controls involving PLCs, PCs, and Robotics will be advantageous.
Knowledge of WET / CVD / PECVD / Furnace / Print system(s) would be advantageous
- Highly disciplined in manufacturing & safety behaviour
High fluency in both spoken and written English.
