Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with 35 years of experience, preferably
from a refrigerator/freezer manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible
for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production and utility equipment to
ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery used in
refrigerator/freezer manufacturing.
Maintain assembly line machines, test rigs, compressors, and utilities.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.
Monitor machine performance and ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain proper maintenance data acquisition, record keeping, and
documentation.
Support production teams to resolve machine-related issues quickly.
Execute maintenance schedules and improvement initiatives.
Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare maintenance reports and update management regularly.
Required Skills
Experience in refrigerator/freezer manufacturing industry preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
Knowledge of assembly line equipment, compressors, and utilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email, maintenance software).
We are looking for a Utility Maintenance engineer with 35 years of experience to support
and manage the operation and maintenance of all utility systems at the site. The candidate
must have hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to maintain smooth and eicient
utility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operation and maintenance of all utility equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of:
- Pneumatic systems
- Air compressors
- HVAC systems
- LT & HT power distribution systems
- Chillers & cooling systems
- Carry out utility parameter monitoring and ensure uninterrupted functioning.
- Maintain proper data acquisition, logging, and documentation of all utilities.
- Troubleshoot faults and coordinate with service teams for quick resolution.
- Implement maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with site procedures.
- Prepare and submit utility performance reports to management.
