Job Responsibilities
1. Assisting the regular and routine customer queries regarding Products and services
of the client via Chat
2. Ensure that appropriate steps were taken to resolve customers' problems
and providing feedback accordingly
3. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further
investigation
4. To meet process expectations with high quality standards and adherence to SLAs
5. Professional in conduct/behavior, appearance and communication
6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
