Title: Associate Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Location: Sector 142, Noida, India

Mode of Working: In Office

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of console P&L, Balance Sheet & other KPI metrics
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual financial results with budget and forecasts
• Preparation of budget vs actual with reasons by doing analytical review of data and identify trends
• Assistance in preparation of Monthly management reporting deck and analyze financial data to create financial models for decision making
• Perform Inter Company reconciliation and partner directly with finance team or other relevant stakeholder for its monthly recon.
• Prepares and provides support in financial forecasts.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.

Qualifications / Skills:

• General knowledge of accounting/operational and financial principles.
• Knowledge of quick book and tally. Knowledge of SAP or oracle accounting platform is preferable.
• Strong Excel, Word and Power-point skills.
• Problem solving skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle large data and files

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Inter CA / CMA qualified OR CA qualified

6-8 years of working experience in FP&A. (IT industry is preferred) OR 4-6 years experience in case of qualified CA
