The Incumbent will be responsible for-
1.Manage scheduling for company Director.
2.Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Director.
3.Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering relevant documents
4.Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
5.Act as primary point of contact between the reporting executives office & numerous people at every level of the organization.
6.Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
7.Coordinate travel arrangements
8.Maintain various records and documents for Director

Basic understanding of frequently used computer software such as MS Office, etc.
Experience range- 1-5 yrs
salary range (4 Lakh/Annum)
