Job Description

Role & responsibilities

End to End Recruitment- Requirement Gathering, Screening, Interview Scheduling, Partner channel handling, HR discussions, Compensation.
Negotiations, Offer making and Coordinating the whole recruitment process.
Handling all recruitment activities, analyzing market trends, and establishing pipeline of candidates to full fill resource pool needs.
Minimizing lead time between sourcing and onboarding and maximizing utilization of LinkedIn and referral channels for fulfilling hiring needs.
Ensuring accomplishment of set recruitment targets.
