Job Description

: Source candidates from different Job Portals
Search resume databases for the most fit candidates
Communicate with Recruitment Managers for the projects
Determine the effectiveness and success of current requirement and strategies
Build talent networks to find qualified active candidates
Use multi-channel approach to recruit
Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
Prepare a report on every day basis for the tasks completed or in progress
Prepare a report on weekly basis to the client
Lineup & Screening the candidates for client interview
Arranging candidates interview with Client F2F or Online
Process the selected candidates for Visa & Deployment
Meeting the deadlines of projects
Completing & Updating the task received from the Recruitment Manager
Capable of handling team
Travelling to interview site with Client
