Role: Legal Executive

Location Mumbai

Detailed Job description -

1. To update legal tracker daily. To send follow-up emails to concerned stakeholders regarding agreements in legal tracker, every 15 days.
2. To check expiry of agreements and mail it to the relevant departments every month.
3. To initiate Document sign for Agreements as and when needed.
4. To send Executed Final Agreements to relevant departments.
5. To store Executed Agreements in legal repository and update the relevant excel sheet for the same.
6. To help relevant departments with execution of NDAs (wherein PFT is client) and Vendor agreements.
7. To help with any other tasks, as and when required.
