Assistant Sales Manager - Travel Company Location: Bangalore , MG Road Experience: 3 to 6 Years Key Duties and Responsibilities Leads the daily activities of MICE, Hotel Bookings FIT sales, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships that lead to the achievement of sales objectives and repeat business. Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Continuously focuses on improving client satisfaction to create customer loyalty and increase market share. Attends weekly Sales Strategy and Sales meetings, as well as providing periodic forecasts and budgets as required. Maintaining client relationship through periodic feedbacks/ testimonials, and if required client visits. Responsible to build and develop and maintain good business relationship with suppliers, vendors and hotels. Using negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to up-sell and attract incremental revenues. Skills Required Good experience in handling corporate Sales. Thorough International & Domestic Destination knowledge (MUST ) Need to handle corporate clients and sustain existing clients through good relations. Proven track records of achieving revenue under sales. Strong leadership and result driven. Excellent communication skills. Well verse with Microsoft excel / word / Powerpoint Self-motivated, confident with a pleasant personality.
