Job Responsibilities- (Quality Analyst)

Should have 1 year of experience as a QA with any BPO.

1. Candidates must conduct audits as per defined guidelines and sampling for transaction monitoring.

2. Only candidate from international background can apply.

3. To create and publish regular audit reports with management.

4. To drive process improvement initiatives.

5. Identify gaps, provide feedback, call calibration and refresher sessions to agents and create audit reports.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities-

• Very Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Customer/ Client Handling Skills
• Experience in any product/process/QC Tool/Calibration/Call Audit/BQ Feedback
• Open to Work in 24X7, 6 days working Rotational

Desired Candidate Profile-

• Min Graduate (Any)
• Min 1 year experience as a Quality Analyst from a BPO.
• Strong understanding of and experience in product training in domestic BPO domain
• Work from Office.
