Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee the complete hiring process for our fast-growing IT company. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and ensuring a smooth hiring and joining process for all new employees. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Post job vacancies on various Naukri portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant job boards.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews with team leads and conduct final interview rounds.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Interview and Selection Process:
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide regular feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Ensure timely communication with all candidates, providing updates and feedback as needed.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all documentation related to hiring, including offer letters, contracts, and background checks, is completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and other HR documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and industry standards.
- Onboarding and Employee Integration:
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all necessary resources and information to begin their roles.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company culture, values, and processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide support for employee performance management and development initiatives.
- Manage exit interviews and the offboarding process for departing employees.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably in an IT or digital marketing company.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and HR compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire hiring process.
- Familiarity with Naukri and other job portals for posting and managing job listings.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruiting for digital marketing, IT services, and related roles.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
