Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process across multiple industries and domains.
- Understand client requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other innovative methods.
- Screen resumes, assess candidates over the phone, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure smooth interview and selection processes.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and reports.
- Follow up with candidates post-interview until joining.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Meet individual and team targets and KPIs.
Preferred candidate profile
- 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field (preferred).
