Job Description
We are Urgently Hiring for IT Recruiter for Mumbai location for 6months contract.
Candidate should be ready to work from office.
Exp - 4+ yrs
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and interview schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT hiring processes and technical skills required for various roles (e.g., software development).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with clients/hiring managers/candidates over phone/email/in-person meetings.
