Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate should be proficient in Attrition management, Shrinkage Management and Roster Management.
Sharing of 100% feedback with agents on instant basis.
SLA management and Monitoring team performance is a priority.
Candidate should have handled a team of 20-25 agents for at least 1-5 years.
Responsible for day to day activities of the team.
Should have knowledge regarding, Shrinkage, Attrition, SL, ACHT, AHT, FCR, NPS, C-Sat, Quality, Feedback session, shift Adherence, Login Adherence, Roaster Planning, Team Management, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Should be Graduate
Should have minimum 1 years of experience as a Team Leader in any banking domain
Should have any international BPO banking experience
Should have Banking knowledge and Banking Product
Should have be from BPO industry only
Should have excellent communication skills in English
Willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
