Budgeting, Supply Chain Management and commercial Operations with focus on organizational / community development Managed business operations with key focus on bottom line profitability and customer satisfaction by ensuring optimal utilization of resources as well as hand holding of business partners & other key stakeholders Leveraged entrepreneurial drive & exposure in managing set-ups, growth phases, capacity / capability enhancement as well as analyzing & retooling business processes Expertise in project evaluation, resource planning, deployment, project estimation, scheduling, tracking & implementing along with capacity building and up gradation of personnel  Proven skills in establishing & implementing internal control disciplines
throughout the organization, monitoring all facets including financial analysis, variance reporting & cost control
 Significant exposure in understanding business & financial models and risks thereof; skilled in financial & business analysis, business strategy and improving operational effectiveness  Possess an innate flair of accepting challenges with skills in formulating budgets, SOPs & policies, leading projects for community development, designing systems & processes, organizing training & development  Orchestrated the overall functioning of operations, identified improvement areas and implemented adequate measures to optimize cost and timelines
