Position Title: Manager- Production & Maintenance (Aseptic Juice Plant)

Department- Production

Salary CTC - Upto 20 LPA

Location - Coca-Cola Bottling Plant at Paraj, Near Galsi, Burdwan, WB

Education Qualifications- BE/ B. Tech (Mech)(REPUTED INSTITUTE)

Experience in years - 8 to 12 Years (Industry Specific),

Age- 30-35 years

Job Requirements:

Mandatory: Experience in Production & Maintenance in a Manufacturing Plant, Must in Food & Beverages, Pharma, or in Process Industry.

Good to Have: Must have Experience in operating aseptic juice/ dairy high-speed lines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership to Aseptic Manufacturing Associates of various levels.

2. Ensure oversight of Aseptic Manufacturing operations across all shifts, including weekend support as needed.

3. Assist with the authoring and implementing manufacturing procedures and batch records.

4. Lead routine manufacturing activities; including day-to-day scheduling and raw materials/consumables management.

5. Operate and assist with the maintenance of production equipment.

6. Interface with auditors.

7. Initiate GMP procedures and Perform Manufacturing review.
