Inviting applications for the role of SM, Order Management Youre responsible for Order Management in an outsourced environment, supporting international clients, covering the end to end process - Booking for products which includes Contract Management/modification/administration etc., Customer master Data management, billing and invoicing, service contract management, Customer query/Dispute resolution. Responsibilities Ensure successful Transition of work in initial phase of engagement, and then quickly stabilise operations. Deliver on SLAs and other dedications made to clients. Ensure right people management. Build a phenomenal people connect with team. Implement tools embedded into the solution for successfully transforming processes. Drive operational levers to ensure financial commitments are met. Qualifications Minimum qualifications Graduate (any stream) Relevant experience in Order Management with clients with business in the Office Equipment/Consumer electronics/Imaging industry in a B2B model. Consistent record of leading a team of 30+ FTE in an outsourced environment Excellent communications skills both verbal and written. Consistent track record of client handling skills and ability to establish trust with clients.
