Job Description & Responsibilities:

As a Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Achieving life insurance sales targets through team building and management.

• Recruiting, training, and developing agents (on commission basis).

• Supervising agents' activity plans and ensuring performance as per expectations.

• Conducting weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents and updating the Sales Management System.

• Motivating agents for career advancement programs and organizational growth.

• Promoting use of Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in life insurance or financial services.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
