Shall be responsible for revenue generation and closure of vacancies. Interviewing applicants and making sure that their skills match with the job requirements. Coordinating interview, follow up with candidates managing database in a timely manner. Negotiating on Notice Period and Compensation and emphasizing benefits and perks. Responsible for candidates joining.Desired Candidate Profile: The Candidate should have : People management skills, leadership skills, Proficient in MS-office. Good presentation skill, Excellent communication and Strong interpersonal & negotiating skills The candidate must be a strong, decisive, results oriented leader Strong working knowledge of staffing solution skills People with experience in staffing/ recruitment consultancy would be given preference Ability to prioritize tasks inline with fast changing business needs.
