Billing Analyst Job in Divya Staffing Solution

Job Description

Our accounting team is looking for an experienced Billing Analyst to join us. The role involves scrutinizing billing data, recognizing billing anomalies, and suggesting improvements to the billing process to ensure that invoicing is accurate and punctual.

Billing Analyst Responsibilities:
Analyze billing data to identify billing issues and trends.
Investigate billing discrepancies and work with other departments to resolve issues.
Recommend process improvements to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and service providers.
Generate and distribute billing reports, statements, and invoices.
Provide excellent customer service to customers and other stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications
BCA,MCA,Bsc.IT,Msc.IT,IT,Diploma,B.Tech,M.Tech.
Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Skills-Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze billing data and identify trends and issues
