Urgently Hiring Telecaller For All Over Mumbai (Western & Central), Thane & Navi Mumbai.

Department: Tele Sales, Tele Marketing

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Sales Manager

 

Job Summary:

As a Telecaller at DarHR, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing our customer outreach and engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote services.

Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about our offerings.

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

12th grade or higher education

Fluent communication skills in English and the local language

Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

Prior experience in Telemarketing or Customer service is preferred.
