Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and service for Medprimes microscopy products, including installation, maintenance, and repair at client sites across India.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers, helping them understand and optimize product use.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime for customers.
Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to resolve client concerns and improve service quality.
Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions in the companys CRM system.
Ensure all services are performed in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Regularly communicate with clients to ensure smooth operations and build long-term relationships.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet client needs and provide on-site technical support.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
2-4 years of experience in a service engineering role, preferably within the medical devices or microscopy industry.
Strong knowledge of diagnostic equipment and microscopy products is preferred.
Additional knowledge or experience in software.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across India, sometimes on short notice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple service requests simultaneously.
