Job Description
Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Job Requirements:
- Represent and lead Purple Patch's New Business Acquisition initiatives.
- Liaise with existing clients on their training requirements and provide optimal solutions.
- Source relevant Trainers through open-source and industry connections.
- Maintain a talent pool of ready-to-deploy trainers on top trending technologies.
- Assign trainers and ensure delivery as per prescribed SLAs & guidelines
- Research curriculum actively and remain up-to-date on developments within the industry and competitors.
- Prompt client correspondence and TAT in terms of engagement, solutioning, TOC creation, Trainer identification & recommendation.
- Raise invoices and follow up for timely payments.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant L&D experience, either with a corporate or a Training company catering to the B2B segment.
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and Trainers
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Suite proficiency.
