Handling administration and commercial aspects in Marketing CommercialVendor Management - Co-ordination with vendors on procurement of goods and services required for Marketing initiatives aligning Commercial and brand hierarchy, Helping in negotiation with vendors, Agreements Ensuring timely & accurately raising of POs, Timely payments to vendorsCoordination with internal stakeholders like corporate accounts, taxation, SSC, Branches, IT, Finance for daily routine activitiesEnsuring vendor account Hygiene - Open advances, Open GRs, No due certificate from vendor, Monthly provisionsCo-ordination with MKTG Warehouse, divisional & Sales commercial team for on time dispatches of Mktg Collaterals and sharing MISAssisting Brand team in various activities like Launches, Activation, Events, etcMonitoring of spends and highlighting deviationsCost monitoring of Budget vs Actuals and highlighting exceptionsMIS - Weekly, monthly, quarterly MIS relevant to commercial and Brand HierarchyJob Timing - 1100am - 800 pm Rotational Shift - Mon - Fri 1 Week off Sat & Sun is Mandatory working Location - Lower Parel
