Responsibilities

• Handling end to end Recruitment from scratch i.e. sourcing of candidates through in-house database, using portals, referrals.
• Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status and maintaining resume database.
• Scheduling & coordinating interviews.
• Completing the joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding.

Desired profile

• 0.6 years into recruitment or Fresher
• Motivated and ready to work hands on.
• Flexible in work timings with go getter approach.
• Works comfortably under work pressure and can meet work deadlines.
• Good communication skills
