Hi,

We have an opening of New product development/NPC lead for a renowned Automobile Tier 1 company.

Qualification- B.E/Diploma

Exp- 8-15 yrs in Auto lighting industries

Major Customers Handled : Tata, Mahindra or having Lighting Background experience.

Candidate is having function capability as Project Coordination Capability

1.Compliance of MDS

2. To perform CSR / APQP activities for the Product/ Products.

3. Coordination with Inter dept. teams for regular Obeya review

4. Updation of Master data in SAP for D to N, Gross Wt., Net Wt, etc.

5. Verification of all SAP activities for GATE

6. Coordinating and controlling any change (ECN) in Product after Tooling Go Ahead till SOP. 7.Coordinate Development Events & support during Customer Quality Audits

  Actively participating in products feasibility meeting for technical review, understanding customer requirement & quote submission  

  . Monthly review projects status with Business Head with stakeholders batting average.

Weekly review projects status with customer. 

 APQP gate sign-off with BH San for closing of projects phase. 

 Handover the projects to operation team with LVPT & HVPT closure. 

Monitoring ECN implementation.
