Position Name : AGM / DGM - Hot Rolling Mill-(Project & operation)-Stainless Steel

Location : Jamshedpur

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Mechanical

Experience: 15 + yrs

Job Purpose:

The Incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of Hot rolling mill project, ensuring its successful execution from conception to completion.

Candidate should have Experience in Hot Rolling Mill Operation, Cost Control, rejection control & Producing quality product.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the mechanical aspects of the Hot rolling mill project, including planning, design, and execution phases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within budget and timeline constraints.

Provide technical expertise and guidance on mechanical engineering principles related to rolling mill operations and stainless steel manufacturing.

Oversee the selection and installation of mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance and efficiency of the rolling mill.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the smooth operation of the rolling mill.

Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to achieve project objectives.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
