Role & responsibilities

Basic knowledge in Application package packaging. MSI/App v testing , providing test result to packager. Maintaining test report on daily basis. Good team player. Ability to learn MSI technology. Good written & verbal communication. Rich Experience in MSI/PowerShell (including PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit), VB, WMI/, Batch scripting languages. Proficient in creating/repackaging applications using Flexera Admin Studio/Install shield packaging tools Sound Knowledge on Windows Installer Technologies MSIX/MSI packaging, Tables, Standard and Custom Actions. Knowledge on creation of Merge modules, Packaging Customization. Good Understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows Servers and Windows 10), WMI, Registry, File system, etc. Good understanding of client-server architecture in IT Infrastructure. Well versed in application testing and remediation techniques for producing Windows 10 compatible applications. Expertise in Application Compatibility Testing and Remediation. Expertise with Hyper-V to work on the virtual builds. Expertise in Application Virtualization Technologies, App-V 4.6, 5.0 and 5.1Knowledge on packaging for Terminal Server applications. Working Knowledge of Citrix AppDNA tool and understanding of issues and reports Troubleshooting using various tools like FileMon, RegMon, PictureTaker etc. Ability to handle customer as single point for application packaging requirement. Customer coordination and participate in management calls. Hand-on experience with application deployment via SCCM and Intune to deploy apps, track progress, troubleshoot installation issues, share weekly reports, proactively resolving issues in UAT/Prod environment [break-fix scenarios].Ability to Manage team , providing regular updates to customer.
