Job Description
- Technical Support: Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Dynamics AX2012 and D365FO, troubleshooting and resolving system issues across various modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Sourcing, Warehouse Management.
- Incident Management: Log, prioritize, and track issues using internal ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users, create user manuals, and develop support documentation to enhance user adoption and system utilization.
- System Configuration: Perform system configurations, manage security roles and permissions in AX2012 and D365FO to align with business processes.
- : Work closely with functional consultants, developers, business stakeholders, and under the guidance of the Support Lead to identify system improvements, gather requirements, and implement solutions.
- Testing and Deployment: Support testing of new functionality, patches, and hotfixes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Prepare test scripts and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, including configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 and/or D365FO, with hands-on experience in key modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse management.
- Experience with system administration, user roles, workflows, and data management.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve system issues, utilizing strong analytical skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users and engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- : Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams, building strong relationships across departments, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
