Lithium Urban Technologies is looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for our growing organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, preparing interview materials, and providing feedback to candidates
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on selected candidates
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates
- Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to hiring managers
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards
- Coordinate with HR team to ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed by new hires, including employment contracts, background checks, and tax forms
- Coordinate with department heads and team leaders to ensure that new hires receive department-specific training and introductions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
