Territory Manager Sales - Tamil Nadu - Chennai @ Tractors Farm

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Role holder will be responsible to ensure Sales, Prospect Management, Dealer management & gathering market information in the assigned region.

1) Improve Sales Volume at Dealerships in the respective Territories

2) Dealer Sales Person (DSP) Management

• Delivery and Hot Prospects (HP) Target Setting
• Open HP Review with DSP and Dealership Manager

3. Dealership Handling

• Ensure Proper DMS Co-ordination at dealership and required Models Stock availability.
• Ensure DSP Coaching and Motivation.
• Ensure Conversion of HP to Delivery
• Ensure generation of New Product HP in Weaker regions
• Ensure HP generation in Non Massey Ferguson Villages
• Ensure Weekly and Monthly Report Submission
• Execution of Market development (BTL) activities

4. Understanding of Retail Finance Process.

5. Manage ROI Dealers to ensure profitability.

Preferred candidate profile

• An Engineering graduate with 3-8 years in the Auto / Tractor industry.
• Good communication skills, proven ability to build relationships and work with multiple stakeholders
• Position Reporting to: Regional Manager Sales.
