- Previous Knowledge of Sourcing, procurement and finance business processes
- Managing communication with suppliers and clients for their responses/interactions with counterparts
- Maintain process specific tracker and generate reports.
- Ensure overall team performance as per the agreed service levels
- Project Management experience
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in Sourcing, Procurement & finance BPO processes
- Should be able to use MS-Excel (Vlook up, Pivot table, Macros, etc.) and MS-PowerPoint fluently
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- Excellent Cognitive, analytical skills and eye in details
- Ability to work under pressure, priorities and Multitasking
- Team handling Capabilities
- Training need identification and sharing process updates
