Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts/Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.Prepare financial statements, invoices, and expense reports.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all data is up-to-date.
Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Ensure timely payment of bills, salaries, and other financial obligations.
Prepare tax filings, GST reports, and other statutory compliances.
Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights.
Assist in implementing financial controls and policies.Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools.Educational Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CA Inter, CMA, or similar are advantageous.Experience:1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
Experience in an educational or corporate environment is a plus.
