We are hiring US IT Recruiters (freshers and experienced) for a reputed US-based MNC in Visakhapatnam (Vizag). The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding IT professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand IT job requirements from US clients and work closely with Account Managers.
- Source candidates using job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Screen candidates on technical skills, work authorization (W2, C2C, 1099), and availability.
- Negotiate salaries/rates with candidates and close positions within deadlines.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates for feedback.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
- Maintain internal ATS and prepare daily/weekly submission reports.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in Night Shift (US Timings).
- Strong knowledge of US Tax Terms and Visas is a plus (for experienced).
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn can apply.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
