Qualification: B. Pharm / B.Sc. + M.B.A./M.M.S in Marketing.
Up to 2 years into the same field (DTC marketing)
Reporting to: Head Marketing
Job Summary: Responsible for Market Share, Revenue, Profitability, Growth and Image of the hospital Brand.
Job duties:
1. Responsible to drive the Direct to Consumer Channel of the hospital to increase the output from the team.
2. Ensuring increased customer Interface by monitoring, mentoring & training the existing DTC team.
3. Ensuring tie ups in the territory with the community groups, samajs, associations, social clubs etc.
4. Promoting speciality products to end consumer by conducting engagement events such as health check-up, public lectures, health talk, events etc.
5. Responsible to continuously innovate in improving the practices of customer interface.
6. Responsible to launch & drive the health management program (HMP) to success.
7. Conducting regular training sessions for the partner staff of HMP.
8. Responsible for regular planning & execution of steps to increase the output of HMP.
9. Responsible for regular interactions with the management of the partner for HMP to execute the plan to increase the output.
