- Age within 34 years
- Stability in current Company- At least 1 year and above
- Not more than 3 job changes with relevant reason
- 10+2 or Graduation
- Current Company should be from Insurance background only
- For Agency Channel the candidate should be from Agency Channel only
- Monthly Business Volume should be at least 50k to 1 Lakh per Month for Agency Manager
- Salary should be within 3.5-3.8LPA for Agency Manager
