Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, bulk hiring, and volume hiring.
Lead a team of recruiters to achieve targets and ensure timely delivery of candidates.
Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate profiles, and make recommendations for selection.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
