Job Description

Desired Skills

Should have 2-3 years experience in supplier/vendor management (backoffice role)

Should have excellent skills to Follow up with Requestor, Vendor, Internal Stakeholders etc.

Should have good communication skills - Verbal and written english

Should have excellent knowledge of Excel & formulas

Knowledge of Oracle procurement system is added advantage

Should have excellent knowledge of Documentation

Knowledge of MSA/Agreements

Verification of invoices as per PO/MSA

Coordinate with vendors for invoices related discrepancy and recon

Coordinate with internal users for invoices approvals

Invoices claim and PO processing on Oracle system

Coordinate with finance team for vendor payment or any payment issues

Vendor registrations in oracle

Updating and maintaining various procurement trackers

Vendor coordination and management
