Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing Hospital Sales/ FOS for the city in question.
- Understanding the Interested and Non- Interested Customers.
- Generate high quality leads as defined by the sales protocols.
- Manage a team and ensure target delivery
- Maintaining an accurate record MIS of sales funnel.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and to help them succeed.
Requirements and skills
- Graduation or Equivalent.
- Prior experience working as a team manager in an health insurance company/vertical.
- Knowledgeable with Computers.
- Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse Viewpoints
- Ability to change the communication style on unusual events.
- Excellent Interpersonal, research and record-keeping skills.
