Job Description
Primera Medical technologies Hyderabad is looking for a Team lead - Procurement !!!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for customer support - Procurement Operations activities
- Supervise a team of 15 to 20 resources involved in Procurement and purchasing activities
- Addressing the Helpdesk queries regarding PR to PO / PO amendments in a timely manner
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
- Recruit, mentor and develop team members and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Required Candidate Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal skills (need to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers
- Minimum 8-10 years of customer service experience. Knowledge in procurement is an added advantage
- User knowledge of database applications (it is not a must)
- ERP experience is a must (Preferrable Lawson)
- Proven working experience as a Team Lead,
- Experience in providing customer service support for all buying activities and resolve the queries
- Experience in handling Inbound customer support
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of Procurement reports, ERP , databases and tools
- Awareness of industrys latest technology trends and applications
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
Pls note this is a night shift position with both way cab facility. Pls do not apply if not comfortable with work from office and night shifts.
