Strong experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs for implementing or supporting bespoke/COTS enterprise solutions like SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and Service Now.
Extensively worked in scoping, estimation, proposal, presentations, & commercials.
Winning Large/Complex deals in Application Development and/or Application Maintenance Support.
Ample exposure in CRM, ERP, SCM, and HCM functional aspects to provide better solutions to the client.
Independently manage and author end-to-end RFP, RFQ, RFI responses and proactive proposals.
Own the entire bid process by preparing and deploying the bid plan.
Analyze and Qualify RFXs- (RFP, RFQ and RFI) Requests.
Participate in calls with clients along with sales & SMEs to understand the requirements.
Identify the teams/experts to be reached out to for contributing to the bid.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for getting inputs as per plan.
Review progress as per the bid plan and takes corrective actions.
Publish RAG status and report every day with actions and date to be completed.
Integrate/assemble the response as per inputs received and ensures that response gets submitted as per timeline.
Construct the value proposition by working with various teams technology, delivery, HR, finance, legal, etc.
Help with customer research, understand the customer challenges and map the value proposition.
Understand the business directions and trends related to technology industry and collaborate with subject matter experts to propose service offerings based on detailed insights of client, market and industry needs.
Orchestrate and manage client visits, define the value themes and propositions based on the client needs.
Create and manage content and repository reusable content , case studies , standard sales /capability presentation.
Support marketing initiatives by preparing service line pitches, and business cases.
Value proposition development, collateral development, case studies, partnership/ Alliances, Whitepaper/ Thought Leadership/ POV Documents.
Required Skills
Must have a combination of BE/ B.Tech and MBA in academics.
Must have experience of at least 5 years working as Presales, 3+ years in enterprise application domain.
Must be able to work in shift timings from 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
Ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Process modelling tools and more.
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English with focus on contextualization.
Good to have Skills
Experience in New Age Technologies like Data Science, Data Engineering, Blockchain, Low Code, DevOps.
Knowledge of public cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience working with Tier 1/Tier 2 IT services companies
