Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- 4-5 years experience in Procurement process and Material Management operations involving planning, negotiating, indirect sourcing, Invoice verification, material verification and Vendor Contract Management.
- Expertise in Procurement process and developing the local vendor, reducing the cost of procurement of materials.
- Strong accomplished purchase experience in and IFM industries. Proficient in Microsoft office and ERP Systems.
- Handling soft services.
- Performing payroll duties such as attendance and updating necessary details of associates.
- Keeping records of stock and preparing requisition on quarterly basis as per requirement.
- Monitor, train, evaluate, and guide facilities personnel and coordinate with other internal teams.
- Develop and maintain the standard safety operating procedures for the facility.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage the preventative maintenance for all equipment.
- Coordinating with various vendors (like AC Vendors/Access Control/DG set /Fire Alarm/Electrical Panels/Pest control/ UPS/ Kitchen Equipments for AMC of various equipment/Maintenance on regular basis)
- Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet health and safety standards requirements.
- Monitoring power consumption to ensure costs are within budget.
- Be accessible for escalation of all FM related issues.
- Store Management, Key Management.
- Frequent checks on expenses.
- People Management Skills.
