This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 18 years Location: Nashik, Nasik JobType: full-time As a General Manager - IT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization's technology strategy, ensuring seamless information capture, distribution, and adoption. This senior management position requires a strategic mindset to drive IT excellence, optimize technology infrastructure, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives. Ensure reliable, real-time dashboards for all roles to enhance decision-making. Minimize system downtime through proactive monitoring and optimization. Enable passive data capture across all business processes. Optimize and maintain a responsive technology stack aligned with business needs. Foster a decentralized, evidence-based decision-making environment. Key Competencies: Strong understanding of business processes, technology, and their applications. Expertise in business process mapping and re-engineering. Proficiency in change management to drive IT transformation. Ability to implement evidence-based changes through data-driven insights. Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in Management, Information Technology, or Project Management, OR BE/BTech in a relevant field.
