Job Description
- As a Quality Analyst with 5 to 6 years of experience, you will be expected to join immediately and work in Pune, Hybrid location. Your role will involve managing analytics engagements independently, providing actionable insights within set timelines and budget constraints. You should possess the ability to devise solutions for loosely defined business problems by leveraging pattern detection in large datasets. Furthermore, you will be required to propose creative solutions using problem-solving methodologies and develop data-driven analyses using statistical and advanced analytics techniques to address business challenges effectively. Your communication skills will play a crucial role in this position, as you must be able to express technical and business concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing. Actively listening and effectively conveying ideas and opinions using empathetic body language and tone is essential. Additionally, having in-depth industry and business knowledge will be beneficial in your role as a Quality Analyst. To qualify for this position, you should hold a degree in a relevant technology-based subject from a recognized university and have at least 5 years of QA/testing experience, with around 2 years of experience in Java. Proficiency in Java for test automation, a good understanding of SQL, and experience in functional, system, and system integration testing of web-based applications are necessary. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology, multicultural work environments, automation test design, and testing tools like Automation Testing, Selenium, Java, API Testing, and Playwright will be advantageous. Ideal candidates will come from a Banking/Financial background and possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented skills. Being a negotiator, active listener, and decision-maker will be key attributes for success in this role. You should demonstrate a commitment to achieving common objectives, be a fast learner with the ability to understand complex software applications, and exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your individual contribution, problem-solving abilities, learning attitude, and capacity to build positive working relationships with team members are essential traits for this position.,
