Job Overview:
Basic knowledge about US Mortgage and default servicing process preferably Judicial
Foreclosure along with good understanding of Mortgage documents such as Compliance,
Notice of Sale, Deed of Trust, Assignment, Title document, Lis Pendent, Judgement
Service mortgage accounts to ensure all Default activities are processed in
compliance with all state and federal laws while maintaining compliance with Investor,
Insurer, Agency, and company guidelines
Conduct a complete review of files to ensure all default timeframes have been met
to include underwriting, if applicable.
Generate reports on default loan statuses, settlements, and recovery efforts.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies in all default
servicing activities.

Qualification & Experience
Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for
the role
Basic Degree completion (15 years of education)
Good written and oral communications skills in English
US Mortgage Experience in Loss mitigation/Home retention (Minimum 12 Months)
