Generate revenue through telemarketing/face-to-face techniques using the prescribed asks/products by the client. Working with the team together to support in acquiring/retaining prospects/donors. Communicate effectively to donors/prospects on the objectives and activities of the client. Participate in all the fundraising events or any other activity as per client requirements. Ensure that all the data is appropriately entered in the prescribed formats and reported in the daily call report (DCR)
Be responsible for ensuring full confidentiality of the information as well as that of the client. Represent clients in a responsible manner as per the organizational values and norms. Responsible for daily interaction with donors/prospects & generate confirmed leads.Regular follow-up with donors/prospects & converting them into supporters. Providing relevant information to donors/prospects in an honest & effective manner. Responsible to achieve monthly targets. Graduate/Postgraduate (any stream) with experience in sales/marketing/telesales/telemarketing preferably in the Social Sector, banking, insurance, etc.
Experience: Experience in sales, marketing etc. Should have good leadership qualities. Good communication skills, written and verbal, in English and any other language including Hindi and local language. Excellent networking, negotiating, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, highly motivated and energetic, and a good team player. Good presentation skills
