Title - PSA (Preferred Sales Agents) Coordinator
Location - Mahim, Mumbai
One Line Role :
Support to PSA to achieve PSA target and give quality service to guests / PSA
Responsibility :
To attend enquiry calls of guest/ PSA and act as a consultant
To give follow ups to all enquiries with guest & PSA.
To monitor BTQ, passport copy , address proof as submitted on time from PSA
To follow the check-list of follow-up ie: 1st call after booking / 2nd call 1 month prior / 3rd call for departure information & journey details .
To solve queries of all PSA before booking on calls / mails
To send Daily MIS Report
To upgrade of Product knowledge.
To convince guest when PSA unable to convince.
To co-ordination with other departments for guest extra program or deviation / GIT etc.
To make PSA aware about advertisements.
To motivate all PSA for more business generation.
To monitor overall bookings of PSA
To ensure Customer satisfaction which is a KEY function
To ensure Quality handling of bookings
To treat PSA as a partner and treat them with respect and dignity
To ensure No monitory losses to company
To suggest and implement cost control measures and inculcate the habit of cost controls
To be responsible to maintain and preserve the asset of the company of your own desk
To follow the ISO OSHAS manual
To see that ISO OHSAS standards are maintained
To follow rules and regulations of Company
To do daily reporting to Incharge / Asst.Manager.
To maintain privacy within department
