Key Responsibilities
- Identify areas in which KLI Employee/ Partner requires training to help them perform better in their respective job
- Identify training needs of KLI Employee/ Partner in consultation with the employees and stakeholders
- Identifying and assessing current and future training needs
- Preparing the Training calendar for the Month
- On the basis of training calendar, ensure that the training programs are organized in consultation with the department heads to ensure full participation
- Post training programs, evaluate each training program in terms of Improvement in the performance of KLI Employee/ Partner Employee
- Post evaluating the training program, implement learnings from evaluation in planning better training programs in future to ensure that each stakeholder of training benefits from the training programs
- Each new joiner will manage the Activation, Productivity, Incentives, IRDAI Certification, respectively. MS office skills required, excel must for each one
Experience in Sales in Banassurance channel in insurance is preferred)
MUST HAVE
Education: Preferably MBA/Graduation
Work experience in years: Minimum 2yrs for MBA & minimum 7 Years for Graduate
(Sales Experience in Banassurance is preferred)
