Job Description

We are Urgently Hiring Finance Managers for a Real Estate Consultancy firm catering to clients in UK  through their back office operations.

LOCATION : Chennai

EXPERIENCE : Minimum 5 Years

INDUSTRY  EXPERIENCE IN: IT / Trading / Real Estate / SCM / Manufacturing  (or similar)

WORK TIME SCHEDULE : 1 to 10 PM 

Role and Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
• Maintains accounting system, payroll & supervises accounts department.
• Ensures business processes and financial management.
• Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
• Prepares financial forecast, reports and review it.
• Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
• Prepare and analyse revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
• Assists management to make financial decisions.
• Investigates means to improve profitability & minimise overheads.

Skills Required

• CA Inter (Completed)
• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Finance.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office & other accounts & financials planning software.
